ACCESS TO THE SITE AND REGISTRATION

USING THE SITE
In general, the User must use the Site in a responsible, prudent and careful manner, not disturbing or degrading the continuity, integrity and quality of the features and functionality of the Site, nor interfere with the rights and / or possibilities of use by users the 3rd. Items on sale in the online store are subject to existing stock and orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. In case of stock breach, temporary or permanent, although totally a totally exceptional situation, the User will be duly advised, being suggested an alternative of products with similar characteristics (that the User may or may not accept). Each situation will be carefully handled based on the specific details.
PRICES AND SHIPPING FEES
The prices of the products are indicated in € (euros) and include the applicable taxes and charges, namely VAT at the legal rate in force. All prices available at Loja can be changed without prior notice. The changes will only apply to orders registered after they have been changed. The value of shipping costs to mainland Portugal, islands and Europe are available here.
The Store makes available to the User the following payment methods: Multibanco and Paypal reference. If the User chooses to pay by reference Multibanco, after receipt of the data referring to the order, the User has 24 hours to make the payment. If the User does not make payment within this period, the order will be canceled. In the case of payment with Paypal, the debit will be made to the PayPal account of the User at the time of shipment of the order. The indicated payment systems belong to third parties, so the use of these presupposes the knowledge and acceptance of the terms and conditions of those services, and DOME does not have any intervention or responsibility in them.
Orders will only be shipped after confirmation of stock and receipt of payment.
Delivery of orders will be made to the address indicated by the User or to the PickUp point chosen by the User when the order was created. The delivery of orders will be made according to the delivery times of the carrier and the network of partner stores.
The Store undertakes to deliver the ordered items as soon as possible, in accordance with the agreement with the User. When the delivery obligation is not fulfilled within the established deadline, the User has the right to request delivery within an additional period, appropriate to the circumstances, at the end of which he has the right to terminate the contract.
All orders shipped by the Store must be examined by the User upon receipt. At the time of delivery, if any irregularity or damage is detected on the packaging, the User may refuse the order, in this case without opening. All shipments made outside Continental Portugal will be accompanied by a Simplified Accompanying Document (“DAS”).
Any product purchased at www.dome-store.pt can be exchanged or refunded, provided that the Customer returns it within a maximum of 14 days, and should contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Returned products must be in the same state in which they were delivered to Customer, without any notice of use, and in their packaging. The cost of sending the goods back to DOME will be borne by the store.
Refunds will be made through the same means of payment used in the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed by the User, in any case, it does not incur any costs as a consequence of such refund.
DOME reserves the right to withhold reimbursement until receipt of goods returned in the same state in which they were delivered to the User, or until the User proves the sending of the same, whichever occurs first.
If the return is due to DOME, DOME, after contact with the customer, will collect the product, assuming the costs of the return, as well as the shipping costs of the correct product.
Reimbursement shall be made without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after the date on which Blindesign has been informed of its decision to terminate this contract.
Returns will only be accepted within the stipulated time, and exchanges are available at stock availability. An unsuccessful exchange request automatically generates a refund and a consequent credit. All promotional campaigns have limited and exclusive stock for online marketing. In case of unavailability of the product and / or rupture of stock, you will be informed of the partial or total cancellation of your order with the right to reimbursement of the respective amount paid.
In all cases, the exchange or return will be sent by registered mail so that the delivery of the merchandise is guaranteed. In the order to be returned, the reference of the article (s) and the reason (s) for the return must be indicated.
In cases where the product presents a notable anomaly, the responsibility of DOME, it should be sent to DOME for analysis. The product can be exchanged or refunded, provided that the User returns it within the deadline established for the returns from the date of shipment of the order, and for that purpose, contact us by email email@example.com.
The anomaly check may take 15 days, and the Customer will be replied to at the end of this period. In the event of an anomaly, a replacement product will be shipped. If there is no article with equal reference in stock, the User may opt for another item of equal value or refund in the value of the defective item. In these cases DOME undertakes to collect the article at the address indicated by the User, at no additional cost.
If there is no malfunction, the product will be returned to the User, and the costs of the resend will be borne by the User.
Whenever the User does not acquire products and goods for the purposes of his professional activity, he may exercise the right of withdrawal without any compensation being demanded, within 14 days from the day he acquires the physical possession of the goods (or third party indicated by the consumer) or, in the case of several goods ordered by the consumer together but delivered separately, on the day on which the latter (or third party indicated by him) receives the last good, without needing to indicate any reason.
To this end, the User must inform DOME of the intention to terminate the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (eg letter sent by post or e-mail) to:
